MEDICO-GEOGRAPHICAL SITUATION IN A REGION: CONCEPT, ASSESSMENT, OPTIMIZATION (A CASE OF THE PERM REGION)

This article substantiates the interdisciplinary nature of health and reveals role medico-geographical approach in its study. The situation represents status population factors affecting it - environment. On example Perm Region, an integral assessment was calculated conditions given, on basis which region carried out. As a result, 14 areas were identified. problems caused by uneven population, unequal availability medical facilities standard living are ways optimization this considered: improvement territorial administrative division management system, introduction new forms work maintenance institutions formation healthy lifestyle care among population.
